This page explains how trials, cancellations and refunds work at Variask. It is a summary of the billing section of our terms of service, which apply if anything here is unclear.
1. Trial
Monthly plans start with a 7 day trial. We charge $1 at the start to verify your card. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged anything more. If you do not cancel, the plan you picked starts when the trial ends and is billed automatically. One trial per person.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel any time from the billing page in your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and does not renew after that.
3. Refunds
Fees already paid are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or we agree to one in writing.
If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same period, write to us and we will put it right.
When a refund is made for a full period, the plan it paid for ends at the same time.
4. Taxes and currency
Prices are in US dollars. Local taxes such as VAT or GST are added at checkout where they apply, and checkout may show the price in your local currency. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record.
