By the Variask team · Updated

Definition

Brand accuracy is how correctly AI answers state the facts about your brand, such as prices, features, policies, locations and leadership. Low accuracy means AI is repeating outdated or wrong information to buyers.

Also called AI brand accuracy, Fact accuracy

With Variask: Variask checks answers against the facts you set and flags wrong ones with their likely sources.

How it works

  • Set the facts that matter about your brand.
  • Check AI answers for statements about those facts.
  • Mark each statement as correct, wrong or outdated.
  • Trace wrong statements to the sources that likely caused them.

What it means for brands

  • Wrong prices and features cost sales at the moment of choice.
  • Fix the sources, and answers follow.
